To help you achieve wedding perfection, Men’s Grooming Ireland offer an exclusive call-out wedding barber service for the groom, best man and groomsmen. We can tailor our mobile wedding barber package to suit any party size. You can choose to book the full hot towel shave experience for everyone or just a haircut and style if that suits your timings better.
We can even arrange special ‘thank you’ gift bags containing a selection of our high quality Men’s Grooming Ireland colognes and hair and beard styling products.
Our call-out wedding barber package makes the perfect gift for your groom and includes three important steps:
1. CONSULTATION
We analyse your hair type and consult with you to decide the type of haircut that will most suit your hair and face shape. If you have a beard, we will recommend the best shaping to suit you.
We then decide which of our exclusive male grooming products will create the best finish and long-lasting hold.
Finally, we assess your skin to make sure we can give you the perfect hot towel shave – with no risk of skin irritation.
2. PAMPER THE GROOM
We arrive at your venue with our barber chair, wedding toolkit, products and expertise, ready to transform you in our pop-up barbershop.
As well as a perfect haircut and beard trim, we can include a pre-shave exfoliation treatment to create glowing skin.
You can then choose either our signature hot towel shave or a beard trim. Both include a post-shave balm and cologne.
3. GROOM THE GROOMSMEN
Once the main man is wedding-ready, our call-out wedding barber can turn his attention to the best man and the rest of your groomsmen.
In no time at all, our friendly mobile wedding barber will make sure everyone is superbly styled, happy and looking picture-perfect from every angle.

Our minimum call-out fee is €700 for up to 5 hours per barber. Additional hours are charged at €130 per hour per barber, and €70 per hour of travel may apply depending on the location. A €100 non-refundable deposit is required to secure the booking, and the full balance must be paid at least two weeks prior to the event. Please note: we only accept bank transfers — no cheques or credit card payments via phone/email. We usually provide either haircuts & style (30 minute service), beard tidy and razor work (30 minute service) or haircut, beard tidy & razor work and styling in the end (1 hour service). For those who’d prefer it instead of a beard tidy, there is also the option of a full hot towel shave (30 minute service) or a haircut, hot towel shave and styling in the end (1 hour service).

FAQS
The minimum call out fee is €700. This will cover one barber to be with you up to five hours.
A second barber can be requested for groups of 10+ people (at least two weeks notice is required).

Travel within and close to Dublin is included in the call-out price. If your wedding or event venue is outside of Dublin, please let us have details and we will advise you of any additional travel and time costs.
We provide all equipment, a chair and high quality stying products. Our clippers are cordless but we will need access to a nearby water source and a power socket if you require our signature hot-towel shave service.
The answer to this question depends on what services you would like to book. Please see below for estimates of the time needed for each service per client. For example, for a haircut and hot towel shave for one person you would need to allow approximately 1 hour and 15 minutes. Usually we find that 4 hours is enough to cover the groom, best man and two groomsmen:
Consultation, hair cut and style: 30 minutes approximately
Hot towel shave: 45 minutes approximately
Beard shape and trim: 30 minutes approximately
If we are using a bedroom or hotel room as the location of our pop-up barber shop, it is possible for us to include hair washing. Otherwise, please arrive with your hair freshly washed and we will look after the rest!
