The Distance Selling Regulations give you the right to change your mind and cancel an order within seven working days. If you do decide to cancel, then you need to put this in writing within this time by letter (a recorded delivery would be wise) or e-mail. If we have already despatched your order and you need to return the item to us then returning the item will be at your own expense and must be on a traceable service to avoid any loss in transit. Assuming there is good reason to cancel your order we will refund you the value of your order as long as all goods are unused and in perfect condition minus any postage/delivery costs or other costs incurred by us relating to the return.
Products can only be sent back if they are in perfect re-saleable condition i.e. in original undamaged packaging and not used in any way.

Please include your details and the reason for the return. Please ensure that any returned goods are properly packed to avoid breakages. If you received a Free Gift with the item you are returning please ensure this is also returned unused and in re-saleable condition. It is essential to use a traceable postage service.
We will refund your purchase within seven working days of receiving the goods. If the goods are being returned because they were incorrectly supplied, then we will also refund the postage and packaging costs.

Men’s Grooming Ireland accepts no responsibility for items lost in transit on untraceable services. Orders over 2 kg may be subject to an additional delivery charge.
Refunds will only be made against the original debit/credit card used.
