Can I return my order?

We hope you’ll be happy with your purchase.
If for any reason you’re not satisfied, you may return unused items within 14 days of delivery, confirming they are in their original, unopened condition. Customers are responsible for return postage costs. When making a return please send the item back to us via a traceable service to:

If you received a Free Gift with the item you are returning please ensure this is also returned unused and in re-saleable condition. We will refund your purchase within seven working days of receiving the goods. For further assistance please e-mail info@mensgrooming.ie

Delivery

We take pride in processing your order as quickly as possible. Orders placed between 9am on Monday and 2pm on Friday will be processed within 24 hours. For any queries regarding postage and delivery please email us at: info@mensgrooming.ie

Please Note

Men’s Grooming Ireland accepts no responsibility for items lost in transit on untraceable services. Orders over 2 kg may be subject to an additional delivery charge.
Refunds will only be made against the original debit/credit card used.
You must retain proof of postage for all returns.
For hygiene purposes, any toiletry items that have been opened or used for any reason may not be returned.
